Sweet Soy Sauce

While the fermented soybean is used as a flavouring throughout Asian kitchens, kecap manis or Sweet Soy Sauce is found only in Indonesian cooking. Thick and full-bodied, with its rich blend of palm sugar and spices, it is an essential ingredient for the nasi goreng and other stir-fry dishes.

Delicious as a cooking sauce, a marinade for grills and barbecues, as well as a dip for satay and snacks.

Ingredients: Palm sugar, water, soybean, salt, soft wheat
