Fine Rice Vermicelli

Unlike the wheat-based counterparts, these rice-based noodles are naturally white and have a unique springy texture. As staple food in South East Asia, it is made from a blend of rice and cornflour and can be served in soup-based or stir-fried dishes. These thin noodles absorb sauces well while retaining good texture.
